Refund Policy

We want PRIMEGLOW to genuinely work for you. This policy explains our free trial, our money-back guarantee on subscriptions, how PRIME BAND hardware returns work, and exactly how to request a refund.

1 Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of PRIMEGLOW products and services, including the PRIMEGLOW subscription (the “Subscription”) and the optional PRIME BAND wearable device (“PRIME BAND”). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Payments for PRIMEGLOW are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record (the “Merchant of Record”), which handles billing, taxes, and the issuing of refunds on our behalf. Because the Merchant of Record is the seller of record for your order, refunds are processed through them and returned to your original payment method.

In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “PRIMEGLOW” refer to PRIMEGLOW LTD, the operator of the PRIMEGLOW service.

2 14-Day Free Trial

New subscribers can start with a 14-day free trial. During the trial:

  • You are not charged for the Subscription until the trial period ends.
  • You have full access to the trial features so you can evaluate PRIMEGLOW before paying anything.
  • You can cancel at any time before the trial ends from your account settings, and you will not be billed.

If you do not cancel before the 14-day trial ends, your paid Subscription begins automatically and your selected plan is charged to your payment method. We send a reminder before the trial converts so there are no surprises.

No charge during the trial

The free trial means exactly that: no payment is taken until day 14. Cancel any time during the trial and you owe nothing.

3 Subscription Refunds — 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first Subscription charge. If you are not satisfied after your trial converts to a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full — no complicated hoops.

Renewals and later billing periods

Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose). To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date — cancellation stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Partial periods: pro-rata vs. no refund

For charges outside the 14-day money-back window, the following applies:

We aim to be reasonable and consumer-friendly. If you believe your situation warrants a refund outside these rules — for example, an extended service outage or a charge you genuinely did not expect — reach out and we will review it in good faith.

4 How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Email our support team and include the details below so we can locate your order quickly:

  • The email address associated with your PRIMEGLOW account
  • The approximate date of the charge
  • The order or receipt number from your Merchant of Record receipt (if available)
  • A brief note on the reason for the request (optional, but it helps us improve)

We respond to refund requests within a reasonable time, typically 2–5 business days. Approved refunds are then processed by our Merchant of Record (see Section 7).

5 PRIME BAND Hardware Returns

The PRIME BAND wearable is a physical product and follows a separate returns process from the Subscription.

Return window and condition

  • You may return a PRIME BAND within [X] days of delivery for a refund of the device price.
  • The device must be unused and in its original, resalable condition — including all original packaging, accessories, charging cable, and documentation.
  • Devices that show signs of use, wear, or damage, or that are missing components, may be refused or may qualify only for a reduced refund reflecting the loss in value.

Defective or damaged on arrival

If your PRIME BAND arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us right away. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — including any return shipping costs — at no charge to you, and these cases are not subject to the “unused” condition above.

Before you ship it back

Email hello@primeglow.io to start a hardware return and receive return instructions. Please do not send a device back without contacting us first, so we can track it and process your refund correctly.

Unless the device is defective or arrived damaged, return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

6 Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law:

  • Subscription charges requested for refund after the 14-day money-back window (subject to the pro-rata rules in Section 3).
  • PRIME BAND devices returned after the [X]-day window, or returned used, damaged, or incomplete (other than verified defects).
  • Any account terminated by us for a serious breach of our Terms of Service.

7 How Refunds Are Issued

All approved refunds are issued by our Merchant of Record to your original payment method (for example, the card or payment account used at checkout). We cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account.

  • Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 2–5 business days.
  • The time for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer and is outside our control — this commonly takes an additional 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are made in the original currency of the purchase. Any currency conversion differences applied by your bank are not within our control.
  • For hardware returns, the device refund is issued after we receive and inspect the returned PRIME BAND.

8 Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants you stronger refund or cancellation rights than those described here, those rights apply.

9 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
